Youth Leaders Network

The CME Youth Leaders Network is a community of youth leaders from around the denomination who have a passion to reach teenagers. This network will be a catalyst to get youth leaders together on a regular basis for training, idea sharing, prayer and mutual support.

The YLN will provide:

• Monthly video training sessions on all things youth ministry

• A community of leaders who are passionate about engaging teenagers in ministry

• Professional Development to sharpen leadership and management skills

• Resources to help implement an effective parent ministry

• Assistance with youth ministry strategic planning

• Review of youth curriculum, bible study material, teambuilding and games

• Recruit, develop, empower and train volunteers

• Strategies to help you build a solid foundation for a fruitful, long-term ministry
