Today’s Challenge: Though we cannot truly predict what the next hour will bring, we know the One who holds the future. His name is Jesus Christ. The more that we trust this truth, the more it will be evident in everything we do. When it's true in our hearts, our actions can't help but to begin to follow. Jesus tells us the greatest commandments are to love God and to love others (Mark 12:29-31). From this day forward, declare to live your life with these commandments at the top of the list, as you become the authentic follower of Christ.
“‘The most important one,’ answered Jesus, ‘is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” (Mark 12:29-31 NIV)
